“I will come to Pakistan on the first flight”: Nawaz Sharif

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nawaz Sharif has assured the Islamabad supreme court to return to Pakistan immediately after his recovery.

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has assured the Islamabad supreme court that he will come to Pakistan on the primary flight if the doctors give him permission after recovery.

In the petition, the previous prime minister requested that the hearing on the appeal be adjourned till repatriation after recovery or hearing through a nominated representative.

“Treatment in London has been delayed thanks to the Corona epidemic and doctors haven’t yet allowed me to visit Pakistan,” he said.

The petition filed by the previous prime minister said that “all documents including report are provided to the Punjab government for extension of bail.”

He said that the Punjab government had rejected the request for extension of bail under the scheme found out for its nefarious purposes.

A report dated June 26 has also been submitted to the court through Khawaja Harris and Munawar Iqbal Advocate seeking exemption from attendance.

The report said that after things returned to normal, Nawaz Sharif’s heart was to be treated and he was advised to try to to daily physical activities.
