Govt imposes complete lockdown in multiple areas of Karachi

The deputy commissioners are going to be liable for implementing the lockdown within the areas and people found violating the lockdown will face action in accordance with the law

The government of Sindh has imposed complete lockdown in multiple areas of Karachi’ District South from today (Friday) till July 16, to curb the spread of the coronavirus within the capital .

During the lockdown, citizens won’t be allowed to go away the house or roam outdoors without a mask and can not be permitted to go away the house without a legitimate reason.

According to the notification, just one person within the household are going to be allowed to shop for items of daily use by showing his/her ID card.

In case of emergency, just one caregiver are going to be allowed to travel out with the patient, moreover, pillion riding and every one kinds of conveyance are going to be banned.

With all businesses and shops, except grocery and medical stores, closed, industries in virus-affected areas also will remain shut. Furthermore, hotels, restaurants, takeaways, and food delivery within the identified areas will remain suspended.
